Is Schooling Equitable?

I believe schooling is equitable, but at some points the school has failed in that area that we may not know of. Schooling Equitable is where students are all being taught and treated equally. Schools are a place where we are there to learn and have fun. We as educators and teachers at a school should always create a space where our students feel safe and equal. Anything we do or teach should all be equal for every student.  Every kid that you encounter each day, and each year of teaching should be treated with love and respect always. Every kid is special and should be treated with kindness. There are schools at times that don’t have equitable classrooms in the school where kids are treated differently than one kid. We should never ever as educators make a student feel left out or uncomfortable because they feel they don’t belong. It doesn’t matter who we are, or where we are from, but we should treat everyone with equalness. Every student matter, so as teachers and as soon as they become teachers one day let's create and have a classroom that our students will love to come to every day and will feel like they belong there. Make your classroom feel welcome and safe but also fun. Care for all your kids they each all matter. Never make a student feel unwanted or less than anyone else. Our students matter in life and every day we teach them. Being in a school that is equitable and feels like one is what we should aim to have. Lastly always create a classroom where your students feel included in class, group assignments and more.
